Brainstorming
Brainstorming.
This is a customer service course which i have attended before. We were brainstorming on the ideas and stuff to what our company stands. What makes a difference and what our products and quality says for ourselves. Our course lecturer is a ex SIA Cabin crew Manager with 20 years of experience. To him it is the first time he's teaching about customer service to MFG company.
At the end of the course, i have gain insights to how a SIA company operates with emphasis on customer first. To make an impression to a customer, besides performing the standard operating procedures, you need to perform it with sincerity and a smile. Make a difference to the customer, make his journey as least hidcup as possible from take off to landing. The journey is smooth and enjoyable that's why SIA is no. 2 best voted
Airline in the World.
In Business it can also be applied. How can we make the journey that means from start to end to be as less hidcup as possible. Make it as smooth as possible. Make it a memorable experience to the customer and customer will always remember it. Offer alternatives and solutions as best as you could
It is an invaluable lesson to me.
